Refund & Cancellation Policy

At work-ready.ca, our programs are designed for clients who are fully committed to their career growth. To ensure fairness and accountability, the following policy applies:
 

1. Non-Refundable Fees
 

  • All program fees are strictly non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • By enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree that fees paid are final, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Client’s decision to withdraw or discontinue participation.

    • Dissatisfaction with program content, style, or results.

    • Inability to attend scheduled sessions.
       

2. Waiver of Chargebacks
 

  • By enrolling, clients waive any right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through their bank or payment provider once program access has been granted.
     

3. Cancellations by Clients
 

  • Clients may cancel participation at any time, but no refunds or partial credits will be provided.

  • Access to ongoing services will end upon cancellation.
     

4. Termination by work-ready.ca
 

  • We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:

    • A client provides false or misleading information.

    • A client engages in disrespectful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

    • A client violates program rules, boundaries, or intellectual property rights.
       

5. Pro Bono & Scholarship Services
 

  • Free or discounted services are provided at the sole discretion of work-ready.ca.

  • Such services may be discontinued if the client disengages, misuses support, or acts in bad faith.
