Refund & Cancellation Policy

At work-ready.ca, our programs are designed for clients who are fully committed to their career growth. To ensure fairness and accountability, the following policy applies:
1. Non-Refundable Fees

All program fees are strictly non-refundable, except where required by law.

By enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree that fees paid are final, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Client’s decision to withdraw or discontinue participation.

Dissatisfaction with program content, style, or results.

Inability to attend scheduled sessions.

2. Waiver of Chargebacks

By enrolling, clients waive any right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through their bank or payment provider once program access has been granted.
3. Cancellations by Clients

Clients may cancel participation at any time, but no refunds or partial credits will be provided.

Access to ongoing services will end upon cancellation.
4. Termination by work-ready.ca

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:

A client provides false or misleading information.
-
A client engages in disrespectful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

A client violates program rules, boundaries, or intellectual property rights.

5. Pro Bono & Scholarship Services

Free or discounted services are provided at the sole discretion of work-ready.ca.

Such services may be discontinued if the client disengages, misuses support, or acts in bad faith.
