Cancellation Policy
📖 Work-Ready.ca – Booking Policy This policy applies to all services: Free Initial Assessment Call, 3-Session Package, Student Package (10 Sessions), and 100-Day Career Launch Program. 1. Booking & Confirmation Book through our website; confirmation sent by email. One free Initial Assessment Call per client. 2. Payments Full payment due at booking for 3-Session & Student Packages. 100-Day Program may allow a payment plan (if arranged before start). Prices in CAD, incl. taxes. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Minimum 24 hrs notice required. Late cancellations/no-shows = session forfeited. Each session may be rescheduled max 2 times. 4. Refunds 3-Session Package: Refund within 48 hrs if unused. After 1st session = non-refundable. Student Package: Refund within 7 days if unused. After 1st session = non-refundable. Must be used within 12 months. 100-Day Program: Non-refundable once started. Partial refund possible if canceled before start. Free Call: Non-transferable, no substitutions. 5. Validity 3-Session: valid 6 months. Student Package: valid 12 months. 100-Day Program: must be completed within 100 days (unless agreed otherwise). 6. Client Responsibilities Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten session. Ensure stable internet, audio/video, and suitable environment. Respectful communication required. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination without refund. 7. Our Rights We may reschedule due to emergencies; alternative times will be arranged. Policy may be updated; clients notified of major changes.
